​Our services get booked quickly and we have limited capacity due to the nature of our services and size of our space. Bookings need to be made at least 48 hr in advance but we strongly advise booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment especially in the summer.

Our services provide exclusive access to the historic  Chalet da Tia Mercês  to learn about the processes and products from your local hostess who has years of experience of the local cuisine, our producers, the biology of the produce and the physics and chemistry of Furnas volcano.
