Afternoon Tea
Served at 2.30 PM for 2-8 people, a light meal of four gastronomic moments featuring both sweet and savoury Azorean produce. Choose either the All Azores to discover the gastronomy of the archipelago as well as Azorean teas and tisanas or the Geothermal to discover an array of cooking techniques for using geothermal resources developed in Furnas Village over the centuries. Choose to add a glass of one of our selection of Azorean wines.
Our menus are not fixed and are based on the best local seasonal produce that we can find and we are more than happy to work with our clients to create menus that accommodate a wide variety of dietary restrictions. Prices are per person but a minimum fee equivalent to the price for two people (€110) is applied.

A gastronomic trip around whole the archipelago without leaving your seat featuring products from all of the islands. This experience allows you to travel through Azorean gastronomic history from settlement to the present day to understand how Azorean cuisine was born and has evolved through the contributions of different cultures adapting to the local food diversity. Tea lovers can discover Azorean teas from our comprehensive single-estate selection and small-batch Azorean coffee.

Geothermal
A unique opportunity to explore the evolution of Furnas geothermal cookery! From geocheeses with our exclusive geopreserves, to volcanically slow-cooked savoury and sweet dishes in an experience that goes way beyond the well-known Cozido das Furnas to expand your mind. Paired with Furnas mineral waters, our signature geothermal tea and geocoffee.
