Water, more than just hydration

As part of Earth Day (22/04/2026) at 15.30, we are offering you a chance to experience the world of water, a constant thread throughout everything we represent and do. Join Paula, a qualified water taster, in this unique event to learn about how the diversity of waters of a place is the true expression of the geological terroir of that place taking tens to thousands of years to turn from rainwater, filtering through the earth to emerge at source. Tasting a flight of very different waters from the Azores, Portugal and beyond, you will learn how to appreciate the differences in the taste and properties of waters and how that relates to the chemical composition given by the geology of the area. Learn also some of the health benefits (and contraindications) of certain waters and how they might be paired with foods.
